The project for five new metro stations through the neighborhoods "Krastova Vada" and "Vitosha" to "Studentski Grad", one of which is in close proximity to BELGRAVIA Apartments, is officially underway.
The detailed development plan (DDP) for the subway to "Studentski Grad" was approved in 2023, with the idea being that it would start with one station at Cherni Vrah Blvd., then cross "Simeonovsko Shosse" and continue to "Studentski City". It is planned that the stations will be located in the following locations:
• MS1: Cr
• The intersection of Cherni Vrah Blvd. and Dimitar Manchev St.
• MS2: The intersection of "Prof. Vasil Arnaudov" and "Stefan Savov" streets (a 2-minute walk from BELGRAVIA Apartments)
• MS3: The intersection of "Simeonovsko Shoes" Blvd. and "Prof. Dr. Iv. Stranski" St. (with underground parking)
• MS4: The intersection of "Akademik St. Mladenov" Blvd. and "Prof. Atanas Ishirkov" St. (NSA)
• MS5: The intersection of "Akademik St. Mladenov" at "8th December Street" and "Doctor Yordan Yosifov" Street.
