Belgravia Apartments with Act 14 and Certificate under Art.181
We are proud to announce that Belgravia Apartments has successfully passed the first significant stage of its implementation and received Act 14 and a Certificate under Art. 181!
We are pleased that the implementation is proceeding rapidly and strictly according to the previously established construction schedules, and in early March we will start the installation of the SCHÜCO AWS 75 BS.HI, system aluminum joinery and the SCHÜCO ASE 80.HI tiptronic system, together with the special triple soundproof glazing units, achieves a coefficient of Ug = 0.6 W/m2K. In parallel, we are starting preparations for the implementation of the suspended ventilated facade with 12 cm stone wool and cladding made of solid natural limestone stone, and all types of installations are in an intensive phase of work - Viega stainless steel plumbing, Pipelife three-layer silent sewage pipes, electrical installations, and ventilation.
